I've helped to enhance businesses through my experience in internal teams for global brands, in-house via RPO partnerships, and within 360 agency settings.

I have combined these varied learnings and utilise all my experiences at the heart of everything I do. I founded Solaris Search to provide genuine care for people and a deep respect for the journeys that shape both businesses and individuals alike.

My work spans executive search, headhunting, and strategic talent acquisition across the UK, Ireland, Europe, and beyond. With past exposure in Australia, APAC, and the US.

I focus on alignment, not just skill sets. It’s about understanding values, personalities, and potential both immediate impact and long-term. Because great hires are built on more than reveiwing CVs.

I've partnered with businesses of all sizes, from fintech owners and agencies to tech innovators and corporates. I thrive in  growing environments and have a particular passion for supporting start-ups and scale-ups as they build their teams and define their culture.
